Please note that there is currently a serious misconfiguration on IS's
networks relating to transparent proxying and ADSL users. Users of both
the normal ADSL service, and the 'Business ADSL' service, have inbound
connections to port 80 on their IP addresses redirected to the IS
transparent proxy; thus, outside of IS's network, the entire ADSL ranges
are effective one massive open proxy, through no fault of the actual end
users. We are currently looking into the matter.
